The one we most want to hear
A correction. Every specification on this site is traceable to a published manufacturer page, so if a number is wrong we can usually check and fix it in five minutes — and we will note on the page that we did.
That offer is not decorative. Our whole argument for being worth reading is that the arithmetic is reproducible, which means it is also falsifiable. If you check our working and we got it wrong, telling us makes the site better and we will say thank you.
Things worth writing about
- A specification we got wrong, ideally with the manufacturer page that says otherwise.
- A product that has been discontinued or replaced by a newer model.
- A price that is badly out of line with what you found at checkout.
- A question a page should answer and does not. These become pages surprisingly often.
- A disagreement with a pick. We will argue about it happily, and publish a counter-argument if it is a good one.
Things we cannot help with
- Orders, deliveries, returns and warranties. We do not sell anything — every purchase is with the retailer, under their terms.
- Repairing a telescope. Try why can't I see anything first, since most apparent faults are not faults. After that, the manufacturer's support line is the right call.
- Sponsored placements or paid reviews. We do not run them at any price, which the affiliate disclosure explains in full.
- Adding a product in exchange for a link. Products appear because they fit the page.
